When working with resin it’s always a good idea to mix too much for the job rather than too little. Obviously this results in having resin left over that would otherwise go to waste – and it is not cheap.
Each time I finish pouring the resin I tip the remaining mixture into a small beaker. In time this builds up in layers until the beaker is full and you have one solid block of multicoloured resin. I take this block, put it on the lathe and ‘turn’ it into a mouse. The results can be quite effective.
